STEPUP is a 7-week guided wealth-building experience designed to help young people stop postponing their financial growth and actually start.

Over seven weeks, participants will learn how to understand their money, build better financial habits, start investing, increase their earning capacity and create a long-term wealth plan.

The experience combines:

Financial education + practical action + accountability + community + competition

Participants will also learn the ₦5K to ₦50M Step-Up Plan — a long-term investing framework where you start by investing ₦5,000 monthly and increase your monthly investment by ₦5,500 each year as your earning power grows.

By the end of the program, the goal is for every participant to have:

- A clear personal money plan

- A better understanding of investing

- Opened an investment account

- Started investing

- Worked toward their first ₦10,000 invested

- Built a longer-term wealth plan

- Joined a Circle that keeps them accountable
